Rollforming Services offer a custom roll-forming service where we can tool up a machine to do limited runs of your custom profile as you require. This allows you to design a product with an exact fit for purpose, therefore reducing re-work or wastage experienced when using off-the-shelf angles and channels. We can form tighter profiles than what standard folding techniques allow. We can run at any length you require, reducing waste and time spent on cutting to lengths. Here are some examples of what we can do for you:

- 0.4mm – 3.0mm thick
- 380mm maximum strip width
- Max leg height 80mm
- Max width 200mm
- Punching available on request
